This is simply not true. If you knew anything about any issue in America, you would know that there is practically a war being fought over the use of drones in America. I do not intend to muzzle you, but I would strongly encourage you to do at least a modicum of research on American political issues before you criticize them for issues you know nothing about.
Furthermore, your use of hyperbole that, "Americans don't give a ****" is simply revolting. Saying that no one in America cares about the death of hundreds of children frankly makes you look stupid. Stories like this are widely publicized and protested in America.

The difference is there isn't half as much support to stop drone strikes as there is to try to ban rifles that kill less people per year than hammers.
