Adhd in a nutshell. Focused on one thing and then HOLY **** THAT THING WAY OVER THERE SEEMS INTERESTING.

Over-diagnoses. Over-diagnoses everywhere...
Everybody and their dog thinks that they have ADHD these days. There is such a think as just being a kid. If everybody exhibits symptoms that lead to the diagnosis of ADHD, ADD or other similar things, then does that maybe mean we need to redefine it? It's like the whole, if everybody is special, then nobody really is.

Don't forget OCD.

I believe that would fall under the category of "other similar things".

ADHD has an 80% heritability rate so future generations are going to have even more dumb people claiming to have it, why don't we teach people to FOCUS instead of just prescribing drugs for it

I really don't like how many people are being diagnosed and medicated for adhd/add but it does help some people a lot. I have diagnosed add but it was only diagnosed 2 months ago. If i had been diagnosed at a younger age I wouldn't have failed school so badly.

I'm pretty sure that more than half the children "with ADHD" don't even have ADHD but are just more than average enthusiast children who weren't raised the right way.
But yeah, selling pills is more profitable.
