Windows is a good OS. Mac feels hipsterish to me, and Linux is just barebones. I mean, Linux is a fine OS. It's different, but it's okay. It's not so much better or worse than windows that I'd go out of my way to use it. Most of the experience I have with linux is reinstalling Windows XP and 7 on my friend's computers because they installed linux, hated it, and couldn't figure out how to put windows on it again. I have no idea how they managed that, but it is what it is.

Piece of advice. When you try Linux, the best place to start is Ubuntu. It feels like Windows but is significantly different, since you have to use the command line for just about everything. Also, if you're like me and you're using Linux to learn how to program/network, then Backtrack is the one for you. It's based off of Ubuntu, but is specifically tailored for networking. If you don't want to dualboot, then use Oracle's Vbox. When you get to learn Linux, it's extremely powerful and useful as long as you're not just using it for facebook and porn. If all you need is facebook and porn, then the chromebook should be more than enough.
I'm bronyNexGen by the way, I was just too lazy to login.

What are you even talking about? That wasn't advice. I'm perfectly aware of these various operating systems...and Windows is simply the most practical. Even when it comes to programming.
