Awww. I read the article and this man's story is so touching.    
How nice of the tattoo artist to fix that up for free. Faith in humanity, etc.    
Also, the original artist sounds like a huge douche. Asked about it, he doesn't say sorry, he just dismisses it as 'his first portrait' and how he has stuff in magazines now. Way to own up, buddy.    
Still, it's a nice story of closure.
