I'm a janitor, and usually I have to murder innocent ants for a living so the place doesn't look like it's infested.
So this year, I'm working around valentines day and I find some ants crowding around a piece of heart candy that says "b mine".

I moved it closer to their hole and let them live... mfw I had a whole colony of Valentines this year.

I ******* love ants. [when there not in my house] they work there asses off to feed their entire colonies.

I gave a colony near my house a cap of soda, some crushed candy, and some chips after they raided and killed a hornets nest as a thank you.

Sooo fake, just clued them to thw wall or sth, ants just gather around, but they do not move it as team work

Ants definitely leave a scent trail so that if and when they find food other ants can get some as well as possibly help them move it. Humans aren't the only animals capable of teamwork, we are actually quite bad at it. Apparently we are bad at intelligent thought too. Case in point; You. And your parents when they conceived you.

if ants weighed the same as humans.... what they just did there was lift an apartment.. then move it vertically...
#140 to #129 - workitout (02/20/2013) [-]
We could probably do it too if we could also lift 10x our weight and climb up vertical surfaces.
