This was made around the time Episode 1 (movie 4) came out, and it was already known that Obi-Wan and Yoda were the only Jedi alive. Yoda's here because Vader thought he died, and the rest were taken from Episode 1.

well he was partly responsible for the death's of almost ALL the Jedi, so stands to reason a Wookie would be in the group of scary Jedi ghosts that haunt him.
