There aren't ANY OTHER PEOPLE who hate Christians.

"Nobody has seen the face of god."
"An angel has seen the face of god."

Still, that's pretty bad storytelling. What an ass pull.

he's saying he has seen an angel, so he has "metaphorically" seen the face of god. nobody said anything about an angel seeing god's face

Wow.
"I have seen the face of god" is as misleading a metaphor as can be in that situation.

Technically speaking angels are not considered a human/body, they are spirits.

What they are referring to in John 1:18 and John 4:12 is that no body living has seen the face of God. Because when you see his face, you no longer be lving your life, you will be living for God.
So instead of living for yourself, you will then be living for God.

Good job taking quotes out of context....you know most Christians believe that the Bible is allegorical, right?

It's like when you say "Oh I got burned", I guarantee no one would call you out if you said "I've never been burned in my life".

Finding a contradiction in the Bible is like finding a Zubat in a cave (especially when comparing the Old and New Testament, since the authors both had highly different views). Most of the stories in the Bible were not meant to be taken seriously, but as a guide for how to live your life.

And I'm an Atheist, but I feel like if you don't get your facts right before bashing people who believe in God, your no better than the bible-thumpers who don't believe in evolution.

you're mixing up the old and new testaments....
so from a judaic standpoint, that second quote has no backing.
Therefore it cannot be used to "disprove" a statement made in genesis.

good try though.

I do not understand your logic.
There are Bible Thumpers who claim the Christ had come as a new covenant to abolish the old. Therefore the Old testament is pretty much null and void but when they start arguing about the rules God has put in place they default back to Leviticus and Deuteronomy. If Christ did start God's New Covenant then why do we have an Old testament in our Bibles today?
The Old Testament is just as important as the New
