Karma At Its Best. That's what you get for bragging... Not really karma, just some dumbass that can't handle a gun right.

Eheh...There's a story about a deputy, well-trained in how to handle a firearm. He went into a Taco Bell, saftey on, secured in his holster, blah blah blah. Long story short, he sat down, and because the gun was faulty, it went off when it hit the chair and shot him in the foot.

Probably should keep their guns without a round chambered. Magazine OK, just not chambered. Shouldn't take more than one 'precious second' to chamber a round if they ever immediately need to draw.

But I suppose if a scenario where one of their arms is incapacitated... well, **** .

Anon, that one "precious second" could quite literally be the difference between life and death. Officers are taught to keep weapons loaded because if you have to take time to ready a weapon the crack-head with a shotgun could be dancing in your chest cavity by the time you can fire your weapon.
