It's a fan made trailer for "Minecraft 2."
It's obviously fake, but it's still a pretty cool animation.

interesting fact, star trek was the first show to feature a mixed race crew I believe because the creator assumed in the future there would be no discrimination.

There are no religious people in Star Trek. It's Gene Roddenberry's vision for a successful future for humanity, where logic and science are the only factors.

Well, I remember in Enterprise Dr. Phlox mentions visiting various Earth religious sites during his stay on Earth. One of which was Mass at the Vatican. (Why would people even want to have mass if they are non-religious, like this guy claims?)

I know Enterprise is probably the least liked Star Trek series, but it is canon, and it does take place "in the future" (though not as far as other series... )

They would keep the treasures, sure, but I think the whole reason mass would be held would be because its a religious service. If they were trying to make religion a museum then they would make places like the vatican and crap museums. Also, just because someone doesn't downright state their religion doesn't mean they don't have one. For example, I myself don't bring religion into my school life. If my friends had to guess what I was they would be at a loss, (Note, for the record I am a Christian) simply because I see no need to intertwine my social and personal lives.

I like to judge people, but if they don't downright say they are atheist/agnostic/religious then you can't make that assumption about them.

Nyota Uhura is muslim.

well, not one of those that when get bored from their job leave the place claiming they must go to pay their devotions to god and if someone asks them to keep working threat to have a cousin blow up the whole factory... but in the books is clearly stated she´s muslim.

There are no I mean NO religious humans in Star Trek. Gene Roddenberry was an atheist himself and projected his vision of the future for humankind into Star Trek.
User avatar #29 to #25 - alexanderbyte (02/03/2013) [-]
While you may be right in that GR wanted to project agnostic views into his work, you have to remember that after he died they sort of "did away" with that- Look at Enterprise(which is canon)!
There are clearly religious humans left on Earth... unless the show(s) said that Earth abandoned all belief systems? Even Picard (which is way after ENT)shows some sort of belief, look how he acted when he met Q after death.
User avatar #33 to #29 - didactus (02/03/2013) [-]
But he (picard) also denies religion in an episode where they have intervened with a non spacebaring race and was discovered, making them somewhat gods to the population. He says they must stop this and remove any trace of their intervention (erase memories)
