I'm convinced there's a lot of girls like that, but they, just like me, are sitting home alone not meeting anyone new

Then go on online dating site like ok cupid. I'm sure you'll find the one that will like you, and opposite, there.

Don't worry, there are a lot of dorky nice guys that don't complain about being friendzoned since we aren't stupid.

Yeah a lot of guys seem to think that it is the girls fault that they can't get someone to be with. Never think about changing yourself, always other people's fault.

Changing yourself is the most stupid idea one could do.
Maybe change the things you do in your spare time to be with a girl is acceptable, but why should you do something you do not like, for someone else? Who on earth is more important then you? Who has the right to command you? nobody
It's about finding someone who wants to do stuff with you, both of you like. That's what love is about
In fact, why would a girl be with a dude, when she already owns him?

but what about changing a part of you you already dislike about yourself for someone

You do it for the wrong reason then, well not really the wrong but not the better one. If you don't like to be skinny or fat or whining or arrogant, then go and change that, but don't do it for someone who might leave you or because she/he wants you to

If you feel bad because nobody wants to be around you, don't blame it on other people, blame it on yourself, that is what I am saying.

You are changing the suspect. The duscussion was about, or that's how I got it, changing yourself for somebody else and that's not good for you

Thanks again internet, for judging me by the worst of my gender.

You need to be attracted to a partner, but you also need to get along with them. Otherwise your relationship is going to be pretty ****.

So let the whore and dicks have their ****** relationships, If they only go for looks they are not worth your time.

Newsflash: Being nice to a girl does not obligate her to be romantically interested in you. Crazy, right? Maybe instead of bitching about being in the 'friendzone', guys should grow some balls and learn how to ask a girl out before it's too late. Caring about your appearance and having a relatable sense of humor helps(also being flirty and smooth gives you a nice amount of bonus points). And for the record, yes I'd rather go out with someone who is 'dorky'(although that depends on how someone defines the word 'dorky'), than an asshole who's constantly checking out other girls when he's with me.

Rant over.

So are you saying instead of getting to know a girl you're interested in,I should just ask them out?

I said 'learn how to ask a girl out' to put it simply, but I guess I have to write a paragraph about that anyway. What I meant was, once you get to know a girl, and you really like her, ask her out. Don't secretly have a crush on her for who knows how long because by the time you decide to gather up the courage to tell her, she could easily have found someone else(that is, if she was single to begin with.). And if she's not interested in you, she's not interested in you, until she shows otherwise.

Thanks, but I'll keep to dropping subtle hints until she shows some sort of interest then I'll ask her out.

Whatever floats your boat, just fyi, some girls, like me for example, won't get the hint unless your direct with them. It's hard to tell apart flirting with just being polite nowadays.

So i should be sort of direct, and on the third week whisper in her ear...

No,but seriously I just throw some compliments her way whenever i can,and just genuinely be a gentlemen towards her and pretty much a cunt towards everyone else.

and that's when the friendzone will engulf you. Trust me, it's happened to me, you just gotta grow the balls and ask her out. What I do is do it at a party or something so if they say no you can just be like 'I was so drunk i didn't know what I was saying!' It's brilliant.

Just have to figure out if she has a boyfriend or not, what's the easiest way to do that?

If you're good mates with her, just say something like 'So how's the relationship front treating you these days?' Small talk, bro. Just be casual!

I never believed much int he "too late." My strategy is meeting -> friends -> best friends -> Ask them out -> get rejected (usually) -> they now look at me slightly more romantically and I'm an option -> continue just being their friends -> they ask me if the offer's still up.

The "friendzone" is an excuse, not a real place.

Just because you're a nerd and wanting to look only at girls that look like Emma Watson, then come here and ******** about them when they reject you, that's YOUR problem.
Why not aim at girls that are shy, natural and not TV PERFECT.
Then come here and state your opinion on women.
