>Nerd feels

Liking Pokemon doesn't make you a nerd. Being smart (and maybe awkwardness plays into it) makes you a nerd. Playing Pokemon doesn't make you smart. Douchebags played Gen 1 too.

Your title is stupid.

Ok, that's fine to hate the title. I just had to put a title and for some reason I picked that one.

When your best pokemon faints and all your other pokemon are level 16 while facing the elite four
#25 - darkjustifier (02/02/2013) [-]
The only part in any of the games my main ever dies at is the elite four battles.

If you want to make your pokemon experience "true", then try these tips:

Pokemon cannot be more than 2 levels apart. This means your entire party must be within 2 levels of each other.

You must catch the first pokemon you find in every zone. You cannot catch any others. No, not the second. No, not a specific pokemon. The. First. Pokemon. You. See. After you catch that pokemon you must KO any other pokemon in that area you see.

Finally... Hardcore mode. if a pokemon is knocked out, they have to be released. No revives, no second chances, they MUST be released after the battle.

If raised well enough pokemon will come back to you.....
#21 to #17 - autoxx (02/02/2013) [-]
Define "well enough"...
I have never released a pokemon.

Raise it to high levels, keep it in your party, battle with it often, and dont let it faint.
User avatar #18 to #17 - Dragonchampion ONLINE (02/02/2013) [-]
Yes, but that's why it's optional hardcore mode.

I tried Nuzlocke once yet
it went awful
User avatar #23 to #16 - Lintutu (02/02/2013) [-]
I've ALWAYS trained my pokemon so they would all be on the same level way before nuzlocke was even conceived. It always bothered me if they werent the same level

For black 2, I sped a special aron that had max IV in attack, and was adamant nature (think thats the one)
His ability is rock head, so he takes no recoil damage. This is especially good for his attack head smash, the strongest rock-type move in the game, and will no longer take recoil damage from it.
Aside from this, he also knows earthquake, and superpower, with iron head filling the final spot (unsure of what to fill it with)
User avatar #28 to #5 - ecomp (02/02/2013) [-]
Keep Iron Head. Another STAB move is always good.
