after training with arsenal, beckham was bought by paris saint germain, but he stated that he would donate the salary he gets from the club to a children's charity in france.
this ****** has so many endorsement deals and ad contracts, he can work for free and still make millions.

Technically, he's still getting paid £150,000 a week, it's just that as soon as he gets paid, it get given to the local children's charity, one 5-month contract at £150k a week = £3 Million to one charity

Wow, he must be such a good man.
How about he uses to money he sends to Africa.
To make a factory, get the workers jobs.
Not low paying jobs, but make towns go from lower to middle class.
It's an idea, but nobody will listen to me.
They laugh at my ideas.

Hate to ruin things but hes only doing it for 5 months until he stops playing for the club he's with at the moment. Then he's moving back to England to play in club

I see that most of the FJ users are capitalists.
How is that system working out for you?

Well i'm sitting here, commenting on your stupid post about a 37 year old football player, while people in north korea don't even have internet or a computer. I think it could get worse than that.

But i guess your are just a spoiled brat, who can't realize how good your life really is. Sitting there with your PC, Smartphone, Tablet or Notebook, complaining about capitalism and how people should send their money to help them. It should be –of course – not your own money. You want anyone else to fix someone's problems.

1. I don't have a tablet.
2. I don't have a smartphone.
3. I have a dual core PC, not very good isn't it.
4. I give all my money to my father, and I saved up 2000 marks and gave it to my father to repay the just four months of bank loans.
You have no right to insult me. I am a spoiled brat, you are the pirst person on Earth to say that to me.
I was homeless you son of a bitch!

Considering we run the world and people from capitalist countries have a higher standard of living than China, who despite their socialism is a toxic leper colony of begruged labor farms.

We win. ten times out of ten, we win.

Yes. That doesn't mean you are an expert on anything related to hunger crises.
But I am probably angering you: get some sleep and tell me your opinion on the matter at a late time.

OK.
Just remember, not every comment you disagree with or is wrong is an attack against you. This is a lesson most people need to learn. They take it as an attack against them when you point out their lack of it.

Of course its a big deal, him having lots of money doesn't lessen the awesomeness of this situation, would you prefer that a poor man would donate his entire salary to charity so then that man also has to live a hard life.

Donating to charity no matter how much money you have is amazing, i hate this part of culture where its like "Well that person is rich so they should go out of their way to be and do better things than the rest of us and get no praise for it because they are still rich." David Beckham is an amazing guy, hes done so much for people and is an amazing role model, hes done much more for this world than you ever will so just because next to him you feel inadequate stop belittling his achievement to make yourself feel better.

Its a big deal because its a lot of money. It doesn't matter that he has a lot more money than this salary is because its still a life changing amount to thousands of people every single week. He will have changed hundreds of thousands of peoples lives within a year for the better.

He's already super rich, but still continued to work for free simply to help others. That's pretty impressive.

You do realise footballers do a lot of fitness training.

Beckham runs about 8-9 miles a match distance wise. And theres loads of sprinting etc.

They dont turn up and play. They have to do loads of fitness and practising over and over and other boring **** in order to be able to play.

If thats not work i dont know what is.

People dont enjoy fitness training.

The physically hate it and despise it. But they do it because they have to in order to be good enough to play football.
