Do you see that? Well I don't. And IQ isn't an indication for wisdom and common sense.

In my opinion intelligence without wisdom is worth ****, and it creates danger and moral black hole, to quote a certain band.

mass media has allowed us to see the stupidest people firsthand
plus people just seem dumber if they're in larger quantities. Their stupid traits stand out

Perhaps you're right. But the modern understanding of intelligence isn't helping anyway.

maybe our I.Q has gone up meaning we see no point in educating ourselves and some of us want to have an ignorant blissful lives were they don't get involved in conflict or deep thought, our intelligence and freedom has become our enemy

Ancient Greeks would laugh at such stupidity. If you say that ignorance is bliss, then you can call cattle in the field "happy". But yes, it's possible. Sinister, but possible.

I think in some cases my own knowledge has upset me like I know that when I buy something it could have been made by a poor child or even slave on terrible conditions. I would be happier if I didn't know that but I don't regret learning about it.

I.Q. isn't overall intelligence jackass, it's the ability to learn.

That's the result of education - another variable.
