Kinda makes me happy to live in a country, with one of the wolrd's most strict name laws. Here people can't name their kid anything, there is a guide book with around 7000 names you can pick from, and if you want to name your kid a name there is not in the book, you have to apply for that, but most people will get rejected

I don't know where you live, but in Denmark we have pretty much the same law. If the name is not recognised by the official name book you have to apply. They don't usually reject people though, cause most of the people applying are just people who want foreign names for their kids and they wont be rejected as long as it's an actual name.

i hate parents who name their kids stupidly. i know this girl, now mind you she had the kid in highschool so that says a lot. but during the ultra sound where you find out the gender for the first time they told her it was a boy. she picked the name ryan nothing wrong with that. but at the next one she was told the doctor made a mistake it was actually a girl. she wouldnt budge. so now theres a little girl running around with aboys name
