that and they would break down and become useless far before metal. and sharpening would be a bitch because you only have so much to work with, at a point there wouldn't be enough metal left to get a good edge.

Google'd my way to those. They're "sealed and 100% food safe" according to the site, but they're still just a prototype not commercially available. Also supposedly balanced so they aren't all front-heavy.

I'd link but.... Lazy.

Why would you want beats headphones? The audio quality is terrible, it almost damages your hearing and your paying for a brand not quality...

>The audio quality is terrible

No, it is not. It is amazing, although there are of course other headphones for the same price with even better.
Stop jumping on bandwagons, faggot.

That is where you are wrong. Try Sennhiser and you will see that Beats are like ear-buds compared to them. The Mids and highs are meh in Beats headphones. The only redeeming quality is the exceptional bass response but it over powers the rest of the music.

Beats are okay. They are not amazing.

Sennhiser are cheaper and far better quality than beats. I have had a pair of Sennhiser headphones for a long time and a friend of mine had Beats and said the sound quality was amazing. So we traded headsets and the only thing I like about the Beats is the bass response. The Mids and Highs are not as clear and vocals are okay. overall they are not worth the money. My friend agrees and he only used my headset for an hour.

Beats are not **** but they are not good.

Oh, i am in no way defending them.
I have only used them in HMV, they sounded good when i used them.
I'm just saying they aren't "bad" as everyone is saying.
They're just very overpriced.

As an acoustical engineering student at the university with the best acoustics department in the UK, I can confirm that beats are mediocre quality at best. Their only good quality if that they are loud. Turning up the loudness often gives rise to a false perception of increased quality, so they seem to sound alright. However, directly comparing them can bring someone who likes their audio quality to tears.
I paid £28 for my headphones and they are just as good as the £149 beats equivalent, only mine are more durable.

My headphones were £45 (I got them for £15 in a sale)
And good quality...But so quiet.
I feel like selling them and getting new ones, any cheap reccomendations?

My current ones I got in a Comet closing down sale which was why they're so cheap.
I'd recomend going out and getting a more expensive pair from Bose or Sennheiser and spending at least like £60-80 but if you're looking for cheap then LINDY active noise cancelling headphones are great value for around £40. Good all round spec and excellent noise cancelling capability. My only qualm would be they can get a little uncomfortable to wear after a few hours and they're not very durable against falls and knocks. Still best value headphones I know of. Just be careful with them if you do go for those.

Not to mention the fact you wouldn't be paying attention to what's around you and would probably get his by a bus... No wait, this is a brilliant idea! If these were made, natural selection could come into full swing once more.

Only if you don't actually like to cook.
Wood picks up smells, few chopping onions and everything you cut with them would smell like onion.
