LG, LE, LN and CN are the character's morality choices in D&D. Dungeon Master is the person organizing the game. Also they roll a 20 sided die to decide the effectiveness of their attacks. Low rolls mean **** happens

people who have social lives Im not saying this as someone who has a social life...because i don't but don't act like D&D is this huge thing known by all above the age of 20, its something mainly geeks play.

Lol D&D is great for being social if you have a big enough campaign going. Call me a geek, but D&D is the most fun you can have with your imagination.

I agree D&D is fun, but when referring to social lives nobody counts sitting around going on an adventure in your head as a social gathering

Not really, when immersed in the internet/gaming culture like the majority of FJ community we don't expect others to not know about things we know as a norm but really D&D is something which isn't well heard of outside the gaming community, well people may have heard the name but knowing what people do while playing D&D is defiantly something most people don't know.

Anything is possible in D&D.

I was a Gnome Knight who rode upon a pink dog who lost his tail in the war named Garus.

D&D is ******* good.

Bears are not a character race, and have an intelligence score of 1, in most cases. So...no. Someone's DM was being retarded. Or, more likely, fake.

You can choose a species from the monster manual to roll a character (i.e. orcs), and intelligence would not be necessary for a high disguise, allowing to focus on putting skillpoints into bluff.

I guess you could do it, but it'd be a bitch. An animal's mental scores are ****, meaning it will have negative mods to them all, making any skill based on them hard to use. Also, anything with an int of less than three isn't sentient...

I suspect the DM bent the rules slightly for kicks, but the character is legitimate.

With a high enough bluff stat, you can convince nearly anyone of anything if the DM is up for allowing it.

In my dnd group we were stuck in an area, so we skinned the dead enemies and put it on, rolling a bunch of bluff checks, even the group barbarian passed them cause he kept hittin twenties, He was a seven foot creature wearing the sking of a four foot tall elf.

D and D story time thread? D and D story time thread.
One time, I was the DM and I trapped the party in a dungeon made out of the hardest mineral in the game, Triodite. They managed to escape, because the floor was made out of dirt...
