Dee Dee stole something important from Dexter, and gave him clues as to where she hid it. One of the clues was the lady next door, so he goes next door and asks the lady whether or not she knows anything, because she does not know anything he is convinced that it must be in her house somewhere. So he demands that she search the house for his precious missing object. While searching, the lady bends over and Dexter sees the words "Dad's trophy" written on her ass. This is telling him to go look at dad's trophy, which he apparently breaks later in the episode...
