I'm trying to figure out just what the **** is going on here.....
Is it an infection of the hair follicles? Bone Cancer on the cranium protruding a the scalp? An infestation of some kind?

Just, what.....

thanks for the proper spelling friend, and if that's what your head looks like after a hair implant, then i agree with Nazistick and I'll stick with a hat...i mean i have a nice looking fedora, and i could buy one of those Tail hats...heck, if i had the money, i'd buy a headcrab hat!

It's the scalp healing after a hair transplant. It's not permanent (I think). And I'm not the first person to point this out.

Yeah, it's just inflamed tissue. I'm not sure what the white stuff is, but if I had to take a shot in the dark, I'd say it's there to hold the hairs in place temporarily to make sure they 'stick'.
