Notice in the integration picture there is a mixture of youth and age, but in the gay marriage there is just old people. It just goes to show that either 1. The youth of america are accepting of other peoples views and lives, or 2. The youth of America is just too damn lazy to picket or protest.

I always thought it was because most young people tend to be more liberal nowadays.

Some young people are just as bad. During the election one of my former friends kept posting about how people voting for Obama had no morals because that meant they supported same sex marriage. I asked him to give me a reason that gay marriage is wrong, and he said that "It's an abomination to God."
He's 21 and has a kid out of wedlock with his 16 year old girlfriend.
There's a reason he's a former friend.

And if you look closely, you'll also notice that the segregation picture is also black and white

Seeing as how the do protest, but usually on the more accepting ground, I'd say the first.

Or maybe the young people's generation in the old photo are now the old people in the new photo and they still haven't learned to shut the **** up.

What about that occupy wall street thing.
Wasn't that just young people complaining about something they don't understand.
