Tch, amateurs. Not enough information in this, so I'll explain a different side that nobody likes to hear: Bone and Skin Density.

Not everyone feels pain the same. I for one, have been stabbed and run over by a car. The only thing I felt was stupid because I didn't block the knife correctly, and I should've looked both ways, THREE times instead of twice.

Skin Density isn't what you're thinking, and neither is Bone Density. They're both the same width, height, length and breadth. The only difference is how tough or how susceptible to pain they are. Also known as Pain Tolerance/Intolerance.

Sure, the 1-2 worked a charm. But he didn't swing back from recoil or even flinch. His stance has been lowered, and it's obvious he was surprised, but the desired effect wasn't met.

Now, he's staring through your soul, and you're sitting there thinking "What beast have I unwittingly awoken from its thousand year slumber?"

Next thing you can remember, you're in hospital with 3 broken ribs, 2 broken toes, a broken nose, and a fractured arm.

Never assume you can win a fight by following some lousy two-bit tip. Always assume your opponent is stronger, faster, and better equipped to handle a fight than you are.

This is why I carry my leatherman with me everywhere. Because let's face it, no one fights fair.
