as of right now it can only be used for casual gaming imo, like angry birds etc, but it definitely has the potential for better games.

Anyone heard of the razer edge pro? its a gaming tablet that has attachments for portable controller, pc keyboard, and home console.

But the big difference is that this is a PC tablet with PC specs unlike tablets, but its going in the right direction.

i read about this one. the thing that is going to suck is its battery life, which comes close to a laptop's. if they both can give me 2-3 hours of normal stuff (1 of gaming), i'll take the laptop

i agree, laptop would be a far better choice, but without a doubt if they improve this so that it carries a more powerful gpu and larger battery it could work. also, the keyboard attachment comes with another battery to make it last twice as long, but when it comes down to the price its not worth it, the tablet is $1300 alone + $100-200 per attachment.

looks really silly and cumbersome in comparison to a DS or a gaming laptop.

The tiniest of research would prove otherwise, man.

How can research disprove "looking silly"? it LOOKS stupid, like a frying pan or a bycicle handle, and equally cumbersome. Is it powerful? Oh yes it is.

i think it looks fine, just like any other tablet, i dont see what the problem is. if u really dont like how the attachments work, you can just use it like a tablet.... unless you're saying tablets look silly too
