The code-name for the armor worn by Master Chief, and all UNSC Spartans, was the name of Thor's hammer, because, like Thor's hammer, which could only be weilded by those of Asgard, the armor could only be worn by Spartans, due to it's unique sensory interface and sheer weight.

And the fact that if your where not genetically enhanced and your bones reinforced with carbon fiber the armor would literally break every bone in your body. When the UNSC first made the Mjollnir armor, they tested it with a ODST Trooper . . . it did not end well

To add onto your point,
If it was worn by a regular human the outcome would be kindof like that one scene in Ironman 2 where the suit of armor made by Hammer Tech totally destroys the test pilot's spine.
Only the Spartan bodies can deal with the stress that the MJOLNIR armor gives in order to provide a boost to their strength.

TL;DR: Spartans are already jacked as all hell, but if you make it so their armor grants inhuman strength, it grants even more BAMF powers.

More than that.

The armor was too sensitive, and his first movement broke his arm. He flinched and reacted with pain, causing another armor-overreaction, and another broken bone or two. The chain reaction cased all these pain-spasms that caused him to literally break himself to death.

Just to add something, it can't be worn by normal humans since it enhances every movement you make. Normal humans don't have as much control over their body and every accidental twitch is turned into a bone breaking spasm by MJOLNIR.

Not to mention that the pressure it puts on a person would kill a normal human, Cause the armor is not just there to protect the spartan, it is also there to enhance the spartans strength, agility and stamina. And only a spartan can handle that kind of pressure.

The biggest reason only SPARTANs could wear MJOLNIR armor was that they had the reaction time necessary to control the armor. There's a scene in one of the novels for the series where a marine simply moves his arm while testing the Mark IV armor, and the armor reacts so quickly that it tears his arm out of it's socket.

More Halo trivia!
Did you know that the two moniters that were revealed, 343 Guilty Spark, and 2401 Penitent Tangent, are powers of 7 in correspondence to their respective Halos?
7^4 (Alpha Halo, aka Instillation 04) = 343
7^5 (Delta Hallo, aka Instillation 05) = 2401

Bungie really loves the number 7.

I think it went something like, he tried to move his arm, but the sensitivity or something caused that arm to shatter, and then some other bones shattered, and he started convulsing from the pain, and since he lost control of his movement, and started flailing around, and since every movement ****** him up, every bone in his body shattered, all because of his pain convulsions.

He was abducted at the age of six and was vigorously trained for all his life. The books stated that his trainers often had to put on power armor when training him because he and his squad had accidentally killed trainers on multiple occassions. He might be a martial arts expert, but then again I don't think Master Chief really needs to be.

What are you talking about? Watch the beginning cutscene of Halo 4, it has a spartan kick-flipping off of an elite's face. Not exactly martial arts, but you'd think an advanced soldier would know martial arts.

He was trained in martial arts since the age of 6. At around age 16 he started doing missions. He's was 35 when in Halo CE, so 10 years of training and another 19 of real world application? I'd say that qualifies as an expert. Read the books. You will be able to tell. I recommend starting with Halo : The Fall of Reach.

He nearly killed three orbital drop shock troopers in a gym. It always boggles me that that isn't actually the Chief. It's just some chick wearing the green armor. After that, Samus comes, and they duke it out, until the covvies attack again, and they team up and kick three times as much ass. Then they have a dance party and make out with each other (that last bit about the making out was made up.)

Well, I'd imagine that the Spartan II program had a massive enlistment bonus(and by that time, inflation would make billionaire's somewhat common), he is seen as attractive by female soldiers(one even made a pass at him during the short story palace hotel), the augmentations increased his intelligence to a 200+ IQ, and has made numerous attempts to save mankind, be it a massive battle, or comforting the female AI in his head as she loses her sanity. So, yeah, he is a billionaire, playboy, genious and philantrophist.

master chief can fly (granted your basing him on halo reach/four) so he matches iron man, and even better... his suit doesn't bitch up in space

False. The Mjolnir MKV armor cost about as much a UNSC frigate alone, not counting the money for training/raising/augmenting the Chief.

By having enough Spartans to make sure that they get money to make *hundreds (not millions) of spartans via force....

I was thinking about that, but I also thought, for all that, theyd be saving a lot of money in the long run. Chief doesnt need new weapons, he can use whatever is given. Iron Man constantly upgrades his armor.
