Yeah so am I - i even lost so much weight, that I couldn't gain any either, using bodymass powder and do a lot of work out. Went to the doctor on my mothers orders, and found out that i had a kind of tapeworm/parasite in my stomache, which they are now trying to find the right antibiotica for it (i wanted to use natural remidies first).

hope to gain some weight soon, cause I'm down to 57 kg, as a 179 cm, 21 male, weighing 70+/-2 kg at the time i got infected. (writing as anon, since i find it rather embarrasing)

Seriously, if you want to lose weight, just start walking. You'll be suprised at just how much you can lose from that. I walked 40 minutes to work, three days a week and lost about 100 pounds. After that, just find some reason to get toned up. I've started doing yoga for 30 minutes a day to tone up because there's not one, but two girls at work I'm interested in and at least one seems interested in me. If for nothing else, do it because you'll feel better about yourself. Just get some music and walk. Pick your favorite album and just go for a nice stroll. It's also a great way to relieve some stress.

I alread walk a lot. I have to walk for atleast an hour and a half a day just to get around. Mainly because I'd rather walk 3 kilometres than get on a bus. In fact, I tend to do it fairly often, since one of my friends lives on the other side of the ******* city. **** BUSSES!

It's partly because of your genes and partly because you don't exercise. You try eating a little bit more healthy stuff, especially proteins, and exercise a lot. Also, if dieting isn't working to well for you, but you feel like you just can't work out any more, than just eat more and then exercise more.

I don't really care enough about it. I'm not morbidly obiese or anything. Just a bit tubby. As for dieting, I mainly live off of cafeine, which isn't particularly fattening.

I play video games pretty much all day, and i only leave my home when i want to buy some beer. I eat burgers and pizzas all day, and rarely any healthy food. I only started working out 3 days ago, and before that i haven't even moved a muscle. And yet i am skinnier than my gf. What... the ****. Teach me your ways of being fat! I would love to be fat...

Most people's metabolism eventually catches up, but there are a few people who stay skinny. I actually feel worse for them though because they can be completely unhealthy and not even realize it since the most obvious sign won't ever show itself.

Actually an experiment with two friends that thought the thicker one eats less and the skinnier one more showed that it was the opposite, the skinnier one ate only 1900 kcal (where she should have eaten 2200) and the thicker one 2500 kcal

that could be true, even more since i only eat certain times a day and my thicker friends tend to be eating something all day long. Like i eat A LOT when there is breakfast, lunch or supper, when my friends eat less but have snacks throughout the entire day. But then again it's not really a proper experiment if you only use 2 people..
