I guess that would be one way to put it. Dogs bark for many different reasons, whether it's someone crossing on their territory or they're just hungry. So in a way, a dog is always barking their thoughts.

he wants to know in what "Language" dogs think. but since you cant compare the thoughts of a dog to ours the question is kind of stupid.
kind of relaeted side fact: deaf people who know sign language also think in it. if youre good at sign language you can have 2 conversations at a time.

Oh, I suppose I read it wrong. I took it as when dogs bark is it their thoughts that they're barking.
