Im not too sure, i just remember this being 1# at one point and thought it deserved a repost. Maybe its the thought of killing yourself faster than normal.

Somehow I can, and I think folks will agree with me, look at the squished sandwich vs the regular sandwich and think that the former is somehow manageable even though I know it's the exact same amount of food. I can consciously tell myself "you only think that because it looks smaller" but it doesn't change my mind.

As a chef, I can honestly say I wouldn't eat this if it's been sitting there unrefrigerated for four hours.

Level 1 cook, and I agree, not foodsafe. Though honestly in the home it probly wouldent matter much. In a resteraunt setting (though this is too time consuming to be an average product) I'd probly set it in the fridge with the wieght, then heat it quickly in the salamander or on a broil. Could work alright then.
