*You have 70.000 thoughts per day.
How do you count that? For that matter, what defines 1 (one) thought?

i had the exact same thought. which, in a way, answered my own question.

Otherwise, cool picture.

you know if we were to actually use all of our brain power we could most likely be super saiyans

We do use all of our brains. Just not for thinking. There are vast swathes of your brain dedicated to other things like breathing, moving, even now that you're reading this there are hundreds of sites in your brain firing off for things like moving your eyes, interpreting these symbols, extracting their meanings, all sorts of **** . The idea that we "don't use 95% of our brain" is a very, very silly one. Why would we have nearly allll of this **** packed in there if it did nothing?

Conversely, if you want to use the rest of your brain for conscious thought, enjoy having to individually mentally control every single goddamn muscle for every single thing you do ever. Enjoy having to thin about the tens (hundreds?) of muscles you use every second to breath in and out.

Personally, I'm quite happy that my brains doing nearly all this stuff by itself. I sure as **** wouldn't wanna remember, nor do, all the **** it does every single second.

TLDR; Yo brain awesome, stop bitchin bout it.

Your brain does regenerate neurons and brain cells, primarily in the cerebral cortex. it's called Neurogenesis, please feel free to look it up ^_^

Neurons and brain cells are the same thing. Hence funmanigro's comment.

actually there are far more glia then neurons in the brain, which are cells that act as a support structure for our neurons.

Having held an actual brain makes this a lot cooler.

From what my sister tells me, she studied in Nepal for a summer, the aim of meditation is to completely clear your mind. Or focus solely on one aspect or discipline of your life

Focus on your breathing, nothing else.
