You want feels?

My grandpa's last word to us was "Why are you all crying? I am as happy as I can be. Smile everyone."

My Grandfather, who was an ex-Soviet Sniper and suffered losing his leg in the Battle of Stalingrad, final words was, "Chin up boy, I'm just going to visit some old comrades...and my leg..." Then he laughed a bit before passing.

The last words of my best friend were, "See you later, faggot."
He logged off of xbox and died overnight.
That night I was supposed to go hang out at his house but I had stuff to do the next morning.

As sad as this was, did OP really need to put "is there any devoted gay couples or lesbians?" in the description?

This is extremely relevant.

>Be last night
>Go roller skating with friends because fuck it why not
>See old guy there skating around and shit
>Hes really good and everyone is watching him
>He moves so easily and knows so many tricks
>A particular 70s-80s song comes on and he moves to the middle
>Starts doing a routine/dance thing
>It's obviously meant for two people
>About halfway through the song he starts crying
>Sits down at a table
>I go ask whats wrong
>He says that him and his wife used to roller skate together
>They loved to do that dance in particular
>She died 6 years ago
>feels.jpeg
>We skate with him for a while
>He shows us some moves
>Buy him a drink
>Pretty cool guy

He also told me he thinks minecraft is a really innovative game and that it could be used for architects if it was tweaked a little.

I don't hope to find true love.

I do hope to one day find myself in a relationship these people have shared.
Those who have devoted themselves so much to each other and made it grow over time to the point where they still carry their image with them and honor days that were special to them.
Even when the person they shared them with is long gone.

back in '98 my grandpa died of bone marrow cancer. his mom, my great-grandma, had really bad alzheimer's. at his funeral she turned to me, i was 10 at the time, and asked me who was lying in the casket. i had to tell her it was her own son. and now i'm sad.

This is my great-grandmother and great- grandfather.

He died about two years ago.

On his deathbed , when my great-grandmother left the room for a bit, he looked at all of us and said," Between you, me, and the lamp-post, if I could do it all over again, I'd pick her every single time."

We all cried like the little bitches we were.

Then my great-grandmother proceeded to tell us the story of their first date, and how she yelled at him to take her home because he was being "fresh".

He was 96, and I've never seen a couple more in love. She still kisses his pictures everyday and says good morning.

Not that any of you care...

My grandma had alzheimer, nobody in my family really botored about her anymore but I did, I visited her almost everyday after school because she was sad most of the time because she didn't like the old people's home. I always showed her old family pictures, I even figured out who they all are just to tell her about them. She always was very happy when she saw me and said I was her only friend, I also was the only person she could remember easily. She told me a lot of nice things and awesome stories. Two months later she got very ill, it lasted for about 12 days and I still visited her everyday but all she did was sleeping but I always set next to her for about half an hour. In one of the days she was sick she woke up and saw me and was very happy to see me and she wouldn't let go of my hand. I miss her.
