For Christmas I just got a Microsoft Surface tablet with Windows 8 RT, there is no google chrome for RT so I had to use IE, and I gotta say IE is really fast on the tablet, it surprised me.

I have that same problem, it started about a week ago or so. Is it the page suddenly only half loads and then you have to close it and click it a few times to get it to start and ask to "restore tabs" because it blah-blah'd?
User avatar #192 to #41 - matakeshi ONLINE (01/04/2013) [-]
Well about the half loaded page I'm not sure, but when I am going to fj or battlelog it suddenly says that google chrome crashed, or sometimes google chrome stopped responding. And I just reload those pages and everything works fine for few hours-days.

Despite what many people think, Google chrome is the most intensive browser.

It may be faster, maybe when it comes to displaying pages, but it uses a lot more memory to do so

It also can use graphics from your graphics card to streamline pages, which again, uses more CPU power, but makes pages look better

Not many people take this into consideration.
It may crash a lot on slower computers because they might not have enough power to run chrome completely
