My grandfather died of cancer. The doctors stated it was most likely because of chemicals he used when he washed large trucks at the gas station he owned. Had nothing to do with smoking. Lung cancer is not considered very dangerous compared to bone marrow cancer which he had.

While I don't necessarily agree or disagree with this content your comment is disturbing.

My father died of esophageal cancer ("Throat cancer") It was not due to smoking but instead acid reflux. This cancer is actually very common (as a cancer) for white men (don't ask me why we have racist cancer).

My point is not all cancer is directly related to smoking. In fact smoking related cancers actually only make up a small (but still significant) portion of cancers.

Because they're relative to the other amounts of deaths/money.

I'm sure any idiot could kill as many Americans he wanted in Jihad. With the large gun presence within the States, it wouldn't be too hard to unload a gun at civilians. If a bunch of illegal immigrants can get into the US, you bet your ass the Taliban can too.

Scientists have already researched on a way to utilize cancer for health benefits, why bother trying to research any further to end it?

I like how it draws you in for the conclusion, though.
