If he's a clone, then why does he have scars and cybernetics? To clone Shepard, Cerberus would have needed only a tiny piece of his tissue and the proper facilities. He would have been grown in a tank and would not require cybernetics to survive, nor would he have been patched together in a way that leaves scars.
