Let's get one thing straight here: those are Siberian Russians, people who are easily mistaken for asians by european and other nationalities. They are all sculpting things which are related to and a big part of Russia. The first is a traditional style East Orthodox church which is found in a famous Ural painter (can't remember the name). The second is a palace from St. Petersburg, the third is St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow, the fourth is a famous Soviet monument. pic related

We call people from China Asians. We call people from Mongolia Asians. But, you can't call someone from Russia Asian, even if they're in the Asian part.
