She's only in the manga, but technically the original ones. Pokemon Green was only released in Japan with Red.

Well, now I'm learning all kinds of things. Answer me this; in what order were these different incarnations released? I always thought the game was first and then the cartoon. Is the manga any good? Finally, if it is any good, do you know where I can download it?

Game then I'd say manga then cartoon but I'm not 100% sure on that. The manga is good but I've only read the issues with Red as the main character, there are others with Green as the main character and even modern pokemon. Manga is always online so you can just google it, no need to download.
