This is flawed. When you clone something it has to grow up. it wouldn't be born at the age of 50 (or what ever the scientist ages are).

What if it's a different type of cloning, and you can just walk into the machine then your clone self is all like "Sup, I'm you but different"?

Actually, they're born as babies (of course), but if the cloned individual is 50 when he is cloned, then the baby will be born with 50 year old cells.

....no, not really. 50 year old DNA (the first strands, but that is split and replicated so even that isn't true for long)

They would still have faults with their environmental factors, diet, exercise, and things like scars would all change the way the clones look.
