What? I'm correcting the grammar nazi, because I find grammar nazis to make the same mistakes other people do. Also, that is part of grammar, not punctuation.

What should be capitalized because it's the first word in the sentence. When you use three periods, it means you cut the sentence short there. It is perfectly legal and is ofen used in situations similar to this.
