Oh it's easy you simply leave your shoes untied and surgically remove your face and replace it with a plump pair of ass-cheeks.

Speaking of unlaced work boots

>In an auto tech class
>Everyone required to wear steel toed work boots
>Everyone also required to have their boots tied at all times
>On fat kid in class hasn't tied his boots for the past 2 days
>Sitting with my partners at a computer trying to find information for ride height
>Hear a loud thud directly to my right
>Fat kid tripped on his laces and laying face-down on the floor
>Nearly split his head open on a welding tank
>Teacher's FW

Teach him an appropriate lesson.

-tie his laces to the hydraulic lift
-jack him up about 2 foot
-take turns dipping his head in gear oil

Tucking in boots is fine, I do that too sometimes. What makes you look stupid is when you don't bother tying the laces like in the picture and just sloppily tuck your pants in to look "gangster".
User avatar #114 to #113 - mexikaner (12/01/2012) [-]
ah ok, thanks for clarifying

Laces? **** laces.
User avatar #16 - thelonelyfeel (12/01/2012) [-]
I have to wear my boots like that because I have baggy ass ****** pants and they will hang off the shoes and get stepped on otherwise. No idea how it works but it does.
User avatar #39 to #16 - sketchE (12/01/2012) [-]
1. buy new pants
2. tuck pants into boots tie them correctly then blouse them
User avatar #51 to #39 - thelonelyfeel (12/01/2012) [-]
But girbauds are really good pants, they are just expensive and baggy.

Boots > sneakers, imo.

They're usually better made, often cost less than brand name sneakers like Nike Air, can be used for many different types of tasks, and I think they're more comfy, not to mention the thud they make when you walk.
User avatar #13 - retardedboss (12/01/2012) [-]
Also, whats with the inverted converse tongue? Like someone takes a perfectly got par of high tops, then folds them down like a pair of socks that are too long. Why not just get ******* low tops?

Either that or it's full of mud and puddles everywhere, and you just need to keep your trousers dry and clean.

You can still tie your god damn boots. I grew up on a farm and have worn boots alot through my life. They are rather comfortable for me. But what really annoys me is people who wear their boots like that. I understand your point, but you can still tie your damn boots.
#10 to #3 - HunterAsesino (12/01/2012) [-]
then you blouse them, like this

So apparently any trend that comes around is solely for making yourself look like an asshole? Even if some are pretty stupid recently. This is probably coming from the people who wear a random shirt, random pants, and the same shoes everyday, and hate on "hipsters", which is what you call people who actually dress with their own style in mind. And yes, I do this, but only because the style of my boots is basically meant for it. pic related, they are uggs, but surprisingly very good boots for weather and hiking.
User avatar #45 to #30 - symustafa (12/01/2012) [-]
Same here, it's quite annoying. I like sneakers so I wear a lot of different pairs each week. So I tend to sometimes wear shirts that matches the shoes. Plus, it's cold, so I wear a beanie. If it's hot, I wear a baseball cap. What's wrong with that?

Plus, I like photography. So I have a few cameras, big deal. I listen to music no one else does. It's called trying out new stuff every now and then. And then I joined the rugby team for 2 years, they went all quiet.
User avatar #47 to #45 - colegaleener (12/01/2012) [-]
Are you trying to make yourself sound like a ******* tool bag?
User avatar #50 to #47 - symustafa (12/01/2012) [-]
Let's be honest, we all sound like tool bags after analyzing ourselves. Its just depends on what is visible. For example, someone may look boring, but he could have a collection of action figures or watches at home. He could have a very diverse music taste on his iPod. He could be an expert on cars. Truth is, we never find out those things until prompted to do so.

I like sneakers and photography. You have to wear shoes sometime, and you have to go outside to take pictures. I take pictures for newspapers and yearbooks. Yet the one who's the most visible tend to get to most hate. And there's the group of people who thinks being like those people with no taste of their own is cool. That's where hipsters come from.
#31 to #30 - John Cena (12/01/2012) [-]
>hate on "hipsters"
>who dress with their own style

a hipster with their own style... does not compute.
User avatar #33 to #31 - justadude (12/01/2012) [-]
I get called a hipster just because i have prescription Ray Bans. I got them in 08 or 09 because i wanted a good solid pair of glasses then all of a sudden I get labeled a hipster. I wear snapbacks, ballcaps, fedoras, gatsbys, cowboy hats, and beanies. I wear vans, jikatabi, boots, and flip-flops. But still I get called a hipster just because of my glasses. Now tell me where is the logic in that?
User avatar #36 to #33 - sketchE (12/01/2012) [-]
the hats and the glasses dont help much either
User avatar #143 to #36 - justadude (12/03/2012) [-]
A hat is a hat to me. I have long hair so i wear them to keep it under control.
User avatar #144 to #143 - sketchE (12/03/2012) [-]
i dont know everything you where but when someone says hipster the first think i think of is glasses beanie long hair unshaven skinny jeans and flannel shirt. snapbacks are worn by douchebags from my perspective because that defeats the purpose of the hat. i can see being called a hipster for wearing a fedora. i dont even know what gatsbys and jikitabi are.

basicly it sounds like you wear very non traditional clothes from these few things
User avatar #145 to #144 - justadude (12/04/2012) [-]
yeah ive always worn nontraditional things since jr high. heck for senior prom i wore a tailed coat i had my mom make me, i won best dressed to boot. gatsby hats are the old turn of the century hats that were really popular, they basically look like a regular ballcap but with a shorter brim and fabric going all the way to the end of the brim. jikatabi are better known as ninja boots, i like to wear them cause they cost considerably less than more modern spit toe or five toe shoes and they are really comfortable. i hate skinny jeans and half the time i wear contacts. i have a beard because my dad has had one my whole life, its just ingrained into me.

I wear all leather magnums, and damn those things are good. I can wear them for anything, give them a clean, and its all good again :D
