Here is my experience riding bikes
I was a fat **** near the 200 pounds at 5'4. Double chin was starting to show up, massive man tits and huge tires on my sides. I picked up the bike and decided to bike to college twice a week which in total is 48 miles and bike to the local trail on off days doing at least 12 miles per day. Lost all the fat, lost the man tits, lost the double chin, shirts fit nice and I'm not a fat **** anymore. Feels good.
