You'd end up paying the same amount if you bought an equivalent PC with all of the professional grade programs. Your arguments are the equivalent to "I bought this great Ford Fusion because it's a great family car, why on earth would someone buy a Rolls Royce?" Just because you don't have the need for the programs doesn't mean the computer is bad...

That's true I would pay the same amount. Now tell me how many people actually use all of those professional grade programs on a mac to the extent that it's justifiable?

If I packaged a program with Windows like CAD that 90% of my actual users wont be using would it be justifiable to sell it for insanely high prices?

This would all be fine if most of the users buying Macs had legitimate purposes for these programs but they don't. Also Apple has no value listed for most of those pre-packaged programs so simply saying they're expensive isn't very supportive of your point.
