Well a good thing, thats been helping. (Keep in mind I have very little acne)
is switching your pillow sheets every night for a clean one. Its been helping out a lot and I'm almost clear. Also wash your face constantly with hot water, maybe even warm. Pat dry.

change your bedsheets and pillowcases at least weekly, change the pillowcases daily if you have acne really bad or put fresh towels over them every morning

Ask at the drug store. Other than that, clean your face twice a day and change your pillow case every day. (You can do the t-shirt thing and just use t-shirts as pillow cases for a week or so.)

After you pop them put rub alcohol in it. It cleans out your pores.

imo proactive helped me a ton. But for my personal experience i hit puberty in 6th grade, so i had acne in middle school. And within like 2 - 3 months of constant use i stopped getting acne, i had it bad. All over my forehead, like mountain ranges coming off my face.

wait til they get really big then put toothpaste on it....it takes the sting away and by the morning it will be smaller and disappear faster, personally I've never had more than 1 spot at at time, but the best thing to do is let it run it's course, but you can make that happen faster, never pop them unless you want a scar

elmers glue on the nose helps black heads
it HAS to be elmers though, i tried dollar store kind and it didn't do anything.

Proactive is OK, the problem is when you stop using it the acne comes back. Every once in a while, blot your skin with a tissue (BLOT! do not smear!) this helps soak up excess oil.
Drink ALOT more water. Water clear up your skin. if you drink a lot of soda with caffeine, thats one reason why. Cut out the sugar soda, and chocolate
Eat more fruit, some fruit contains zinc which is great for acne
Blend up a cucumber, apply to face and wash it off after 20 minutes.
If you are stressed, try to relax more, stress causes acne

Id suggest popping them, then cleaning the pore with hydrogen peroxide, keep it clean and the pore should close up nice and clean

Popping them causes acne scars though.

only if done repeatedly, using a topical like neosporin (I cant remember how to spell it) after cleaning the pore will prevent scaring and help prevent the return of an outbreak. Thank you for bringing up that point because I forgot about scar prevention!
