I've been playing pokemon since the very begining. I have never had any problem with any of the generations. I dislike a few of the designs in every generation and love the vast majority of pokes. People that bitch about them need to grow up.

I feel like most of the people who complain about newer Pokemon aren't really fans, they just played gen 1 and 2 when they where younger and haven't played any of the other games since.

I don't like anything past Gen 3. Not because I think their designs are bad or anything (though I do think that they aren't as vast and varied in designs anymore; I don't know how to properly explain my views on it), but because I think 386 is enough Pokemon and we really don't need any more than that. I've tried to memorize the names of more than that and I just can't, nor do I want to.
