Is it a laptop or a tablet?
Yes, it is a laptop or a tablet.

This answer makes perfect sense, I fail to see anything wrong here.

It's a tablet...with a keyboard.

The only difference from a tablet I can think of is that its interface is more like a computer's than a conventional tablet's. And I guess it's more powerful. Otherwise they could've just made an attachable keyboard for everyone's tablet..

not at all, you seem to be missing the point.

Tablets cannot have i7 processors and graphics cards.

It's not like a tablet with a keyboard, it's more like a laptop with a touchscreen.

Why would you need a touch screen if you have a mouse and key board. And why would you need a mouse and keyboard if you have a touch screen. I mean who touches there screen and then types something? It's wasting energy.

"Or" questions are correct if one, the other, or both are correct. So "Yes" is a perfectly reasonable and acceptable answer.

but if one already assumed that it has to be at least one of the two,
answering 'yes' to that question is a tautology.
it's not like it could have been a banana instead

it's more like a mathematical breakdown..

if... or if... =true is accurate when
1. true or false
2. false or true
3. true or true

in this case it's number 3

your argument is invalid because you can only determine whether a statement(not a question) is or is not true
