Just wonderin guys, what level do you need to be to post pics? Cant do that yet -_-

That's the worst since comments with pictures usually get more thumbs, making you move up levels. But since you can't post them it makes it so much harder. Good luck, fellow soldier

******* YES. I'm glad someone finally made a dam comic for it.

Running a modern country is not an easy ******* thing to do. The president is not all powerful either, he has to constantly balance the states with the Representative and the senate. The vast majority of people working in politics are not corrupt, evil power hungry dicks. The vast majority do their job well and silently and you aren't some sheep for wanting to vote Republican or democrat. It's always slagging off all the time.

I'm not big on politics personally, but I feel like a lot of people don't really think about what the president really does a lot of the time.

I mean, yea, he can't change stuff that easily. He can't magically fix the economy, or other things. He isn't the only person who has the power to make laws.

A lot of these things that need to be fixed are because of congress. Both sides, liberal and conservative, are too stuck up in their own personal views to give the other side any for of agreement, thus, they're at an impasse.

The president just tends to get blamed for a lot of this stuff

Our macroeconomics teacher last year said that the president can't control gas prices, and I'm beginning to notice many people in this country actually believe he can.

Replace Obama with Bush in this picture, and I think you'd find that not so many people would agree with it. Even though both would be true.

User avatar #554 to #295 - hauntzor (11/14/2012) [-]
You make every other pixel the same grey color as FJ's background, I believe. Sort of like in a checkerboard pattern. I can't really explain it, that's just what I've been told how it's done.

**** man, a couple days ago i took a picture from when Obama just got elected, and a picture of him during his recent speech when he got re-elected.

I swear he looks 20 years older, his hair is getting gray and he got way more wrinkles, it really show how much stress is on the president.

because the President isnt allowed to have any free time? He should just be a slave that works towards the better good and isnt allowed to leave that ******* chair?

He is a person too bro. He can golf when he wants to. I have no problem with that.

you can't expect him to dedicate every second of his life to the presidency..
User avatar #238 to #227 - thelastprothean (11/13/2012) [-]
No kidding. I would hate to be the president. You have to make decisions that can potentially make a lot of people lose their job, and no matter what you do, you are still hated by about half the population.
User avatar #553 to #238 - hauntzor (11/14/2012) [-]
Not to mention being hated by the people who ELECTED you in the first place. Talk about being betrayed.
User avatar #699 to #553 - thelastprothean (11/14/2012) [-]
Yeah. But I sort of understand that. Cause once elected, politicians couldn't give two ***** about us.
User avatar #234 to #227 - Lambda (11/13/2012) [-]
Look at the before and after pictures of Bush, Clinton, Nixon, any of them, really. Being president is not an easy job, it really takes its toll.
