I am so sick to DEATH of this kind of **** online.
YES, it's vandalism! you know why? because that ******* surface doesn't BELONG TO YOU and it is not YOUR DECISION whether or not art, of ANY KIND, let alone permanent brightly colored graffiti, gets placed there. Would you like somebody coming up to your ******* house and drawing whatever the hell they pleased on it? No. You wouldn't. If it's art to you..put it in a gallery...or display it on YOUR OWN PROPERTY.

If you tagged your own wall with graffiti, then and only then would it legally be considered art.

A lot of graffiti IS art, but because it's on the wrong surface it's automatically a crime.
