Lmao. I used that title because everyone was complaining about how Disney would ruin Star Wars. We'll just have to wait and see how it turns out.

I'm probably going to watch and/or own the new trilogy... whether or not they suck.

I'm thankful that we're getting 3 new Star Wars movies out of thin air.

Lets get a vote going on here

1 For those who want the New Republic Era (based on books)

2 For Legacy Era (based on books)

3 Elaborations during the rebellion (based on the books)

4 Something totally new with new characters
4a with emphasis on Jedi
4b with emphasis on secular stories

I would personally love to see a movie based entirely upon the republic commando books as I did enjoy those books quite a lot and feel that those movies could even be enjoyed by a larger audience as well, also I like seeing clone troopers blow **** up.

Personally, though I highly doubt it'll happen, I'd like to see a movie with a Sith as the main focus.

Of course, you could say Anakin's transition into Vader would be that, but perhaps it'd be nice to see the opposite happen as well.
Perhaps a bit like Darth Revan in KOTOR 1. I'd find it neat to see them expand the lore in the movies when it comes to Sith hierarchy, training et cetera.
I mean, sure, we've seem glimpses of it with Dooku and Maul, but never really the kind of bonding and development of character as with Obi Wan and Anakin.

Something with a more Sith oriented perspective. We've seen the heroes of the story, now let's see the other side of the coin.
But, as I said, very unlikely to happen.

If you don't mind reading there is a book series out which focuses on Darth Bane and his rise to power and subsequent defeat by his apprentice.

Assuming you don't know who Darth Bane is (just to be safe) he is the man who invented the Rule of Two, with guidance from Revan.

They are written by one of the writers of KotOR if I'm not much mistaken, and i think you can find them with a google search.

People keep saying that Disney will mess up Star Wars, but they obviously haven't seen the prequels or The Star Wars Holiday Special.
