And i never said i was an atheist, actually, just a person who believes in evolution, which isn't the same thing.
I wasn't brought up in a religious household, but i don't deny the existance of any supernatural being

Such thing as evolutionists. Charles darwin was a christian and he is the basis for almost al of atheism!

"Good Morning" - best oxymoron
User avatar #19 - DaShae (11/07/2012) [-]
Would "Seriously funny" really be an oxymoron? I mean I can see where they were going with that but I don't really see "Serious" and "Funny" as being opposites.

Most of the 'oxymorons' listed aren't oxymorons. Only if you take into account one definition of the words shown over the varied definitions.

For example: Seriously Funny
1. in a serious manner: He shook his head seriously.
2. to an alarmingly grave extent: seriously ill.
3. with genuine, earnest intent; sincerely: Seriously, kids, we have to get home before dark.

Small Crowd
1. a large number of persons gathered closely together; throng: a crowd of angry people.
2. any large number of persons.
3. any group or set of persons with something in common: The restaurant attracts a theater crowd.
4. audience; attendance: Opening night drew a good crowd.
5. the common people; the masses: He feels superior to the crowd.

Clearly misunderstood
1. in a clear manner: It is difficult to explain complex matters clearly.
2. without equivocation; decidedly: It is clearly out of the question to drop the case.

In that case, you could fit it into a sentence like: "There was no doubt that he clearly misunderstood the situation."
The more you look at it, most (or a Lot) of these aren't oxymorons.

Pretty Ugly
-Pretty is meaning the same as 'Fairly.' For example you can say "She is pretty ugly," and it'll mean the exact same as "She is fairly ugly."

Act naturally
-Normally used when someone is commanding you to 'act naturally.'

Found missing
-If you were to say "Shelly was found missing from the Smith family earlier this morning," it would be the same as "Earlier this morning, the Smith family found out Shelly had gone missing."

Fully empty
-Fully meaning Completely

Original copies
-If you create an original piece of X and make a copy of it; Copy =/= Re-creating (In the sense of, you not re-creating someone else's work other than your own..)

Only choice
-Only possible action; Insisting that there were other actions
