Reign Over Me with Adam Sandler made me cry. It may have been his best movie, and his best acting job. It was very powerful.

i have a confession too.

I watched A Walk to Remember.

And I cried like a little bitch at the end of that too.

The part in the rain at the end is the only part of any movie or show ever to make me cry.
Also, somewhat related, the only part of any game ever to make me cry was the end of FInal Fantasy 10. Kingdom Hearts 2 would have been another, but I didn't play the first one and didn't really get the gravity of the ending.

You're so ******* lucky! I've been trying to find out when they will play near where I live, If you like blink im guessing you also might like sum 41? Im seeing them this november.
User avatar #117 to #75 - thorwald (10/09/2012) [-]
SUM 41 FTW, they's still making awesome songs, their new album rocks!
User avatar #77 to #75 - thebigfudge (10/09/2012) [-]
Love Sum! Not seen them yet i would love to though, I know the next tour blink are doing is in Aussie, then a new album then i think a tour for a while.
User avatar #78 to #77 - letusbecereal (10/09/2012) [-]
Wow! It's so awesome to find people who have the same taste in music. So what do you like better, Older blink? or their newer stuff? I really like Cheshire Cat and Dude Ranch, and when Neighborhoods came out I was like "ehh" at first but now I think its great.
User avatar #288 to #78 - amoussa (10/09/2012) [-]
not a question dude, nothing beats Enema of the State and TOYPAJ!
Their new stuff took me a long while to get used to, it's really decent stuff but not quite classic Blink
User avatar #422 to #288 - letusbecereal (10/10/2012) [-]
Hell yeah dude, I can play almost every song on Enema of the State! And TOYPAJ is some good stuff, The bonus songs were pretty good. The self titled album is where i think they got just a TAD softer, which is good, cause I like that, but I like their up-beat stuff better. Have you heard their live album, The Mark Tom and Travis show? Some really great stuff.
also Janine Lindemulder is hot.
User avatar #537 to #422 - amoussa (10/10/2012) [-]
I can play almost every song as well by Enema of The State and Toypaj as well on guitar. In fact, Dammit was the first ever song I've learnt on guitar. Self-tittled wasn't necearily softer, it was more darker. I like their upbeat stuff better but for when I'm down, I listen to self-titeld and Neighbourhoods.

Live album is epic **** ! Especially the onstage banter! I've seen them live twice before, once at the 2010 Reading Festival (biggest crowd they've played in front of) and 2 years later in London. Just googled Janine Linemulder and my fap collection is officially complete!
User avatar #81 to #78 - thebigfudge (10/09/2012) [-]
Yeah Same here, it was like yeah i can get used to this, and then i did, snake charmer and even if she falls are epic songs in my eyes!
User avatar #89 to #81 - letusbecereal (10/09/2012) [-]
So what other bands do you like? As far as genres go I don't listen to much more than punk rock or Ska, and I like bands like Against Me!, Streetlight Manifesto.
User avatar #114 to #89 - thebigfudge (10/09/2012) [-]
Erm Angels & Airwaves, beastie boys, The killers, mostly 80's not much newer stuff.

Adam Sandler is disrespected for making some really bad movies. But he has a few decent aswell. Longest Yard, Big Daddy, Happy Gilmore etc...

I really like how he always have the same actors, and always some unreal crazy person. EVERY single film! Also note: every film he mentions he's jewish aND from NY. Every single one.

Big up to him

This post gave me so many feels. I am a very big NFL fan and my heart is warmed when I see celebrities do things like this, especially athletes. Once while attending the Philadelphia Eagles training camp (I have attended everyone for 13 years) I called out to the then kicker David Akers as he was leaving to the locker room. He was my favorite player even though he was only a kicker. My mom who was by my side also called out to him. Then, he looked over at the fence (a plastic mesh fence put up to keep fans off the field) and headed toward us. When the other fans saw he was coming, they crowded at the fence and me, being 8, was sandwiched and pushed away. Yes, it is true that most Eagles fans are complete assholes. When he made it to the fence, I could hear him saying "Hey, hey, hey!" and people were angry because he wasn't signing their stuff. He got a security guard to part the people, pointed at me and told me to come to the fence (which was up to my chin by only up to his torso). He took off my hat, ruffled my hair, autographed it, and placed it back on my head. He said thanks for being his number one fan and patted me on the shoulder before signing the other peoples' autographs. He is one of the coolest football players I have ever met still to this day, and its guys like that who deserve all the respect in the world.
