Do you believe in Evolution?"
Oh, so you believe in Creationism?"
Well, that' s because you' re asking the wrong questions."
You asked fl believe in evolution-"
and my answer is no. I don' t 'believe' in evolution anymore than I
believe' in gravity. You say it like there' s a choice in the matter; I don' t
choose' to believe it; I acknowledge its overwhelming evidence oftruth
and accept its almost infallible existence."
Yes, almost, because, in the world, not everything can be certain, and
science accepts and embraces that. And you may ask me to prove
evolution' s existence, and I can' t do that. However, science challenges
us to prove it wrong; that' s called the scientific method. Evolution is up
for the challenge to be questioned, and that' s why I accept it, and all
science, because it happens to have the balls that creationism does not."
Creationism allows for those to dis-"
No, it doesn' t. Can you think of a way to disprove creationism?"
Well, no, that' s why I believe it. If it can' t be disproved, then that' s
truth; that' s what your scientific method-"
No. Scientific method says ‘Here' s something that, with the correct
result, disproves me. But f not, well, it doesn' t mean I' m true, just
means I' m less false.‘ Creationism doesn' t have the guts to say that, it' s
hides behind the fact that there' s no universal way to disprove it and has
the audacity to say it' s true. That' s not science; that' s cowardice."
