I dont think the beatles music was that great. fair enough there are the odd good songs but i think half the people on here like them because its 'cool' to like them

nah its not that i just think that some people on this site say they like the music that is deemed 'acceptable' by the people here. i personally have nothing wrong with the beatles its just i dont get why they are so idolised

Because their music was different from everything else at their time.... It was new, it was good, and had meaning. They weren't just in it for the money, they actually had a passion for writing/singing music.They started a revolution in the music industry... Also they were marketed very well
