No, I've googled about the laws in Florida, Texas, and Ohio, and none of them exist. Hell, I live in Florida, and go skating at the park right outside of the Police station, and from there the only 'Liscense' you can get for Skating is as a professional. Do I get pulled over? No I don't. Some of the cops actually watch us skate during lunch on weekend.

Except for the Texas Cactus one, but that's only because you're not allowed to randomly go around cutting trees.

And some of these are just plain nonsense. Can't Bite off someone's leg? Duh, cannibalism. Not to mention assault. Birds having the right of way? Unless they are sitting in the road, it makes no sense. Shooting Buffalos would be illegal unless with a special permit, and I doubt that BEING IN A BUILDING makes it illegal. Skunks can't be carried in to states already since it would be smuggling, as with any other animal. Can't play a Pinball Machine until you're 18? Every time I visit my Aunt I play one at my favorite restuarant there.
