Cornwall: Hath a slight
difference. It is gaming
themed.
Pretty swe t right?
They have loads of more
drinks, branded ones too.
But these are the only

I Anyways, the point of
this post is to explain
that the owner" is hoping
to expand his business
and open a another . I

financial help with that.
And I Just thought I
would help a guy out by
spreading the great
business he has created
and in the process some
kind fellows would donate
to his idea.
Thanks For reading.
Links are in the
description to his
donation site which has a
I video and a lot of into
on what he is doing.

I don't drink, but I want this to exist because of reasons. Also, I love Cornwall, so that probably has something to do with it - I must see if I can go there. If I can donate, I will - If not, I have already shared the page.

I used to go to Loading regularly last year when I lived in Falmouth. It's a comfortable place to hang out, play a variety of games, meet a whole host of like-minded people to discuss the latest releases and retro classics with, listen to an eclectic selection of music including Lucy's zombie playlist, and drink some innovative cocktails and some brutal shot sets.

It's pretty much the best thing ever.

Now I live in London and I know that there are hundreds, maybe thousands, of people in London who feel passionately about video games too, people who want to join that community of gamers that is lost and hidden among the buildings all around them. If Loading makes it to London then it will be a beacon, a signal fire calling all of these kindred spirits together.

There may be Mana bars in Australia and EXP bars in America and gaming internet cafes in Tokyo, and it doesn't really matter who came first because it's not a competition; all of them have a common goal, a unified mission, they rally under one banner, for the good of the gamers. The more places like Loading there are around the world, the better for our international gaming community.

Please pledge and make this a reality. Take a stand and do your bit for the community of gamers that we all represent, chip in, rise up, join the revolution and show the world that we can have whatever we want if we work together!

For Loading! For London! For us!

SO this guy either is zero punctuation or he copied his idea. The game critic ZP opened two bars in Australia called the 'mana bar' like 4 years ago. They did the exact same thing, cool premise though I'd love to see one in Manhattan. "though we already have a kickass Dr. Who bar"

god i wish i lived in one of the cities with mana bar.
#34 to #29 - scottysglasses (09/21/2012) [-]
Can't really call it copying when It's just a cafe/bar and because gaming was added to that equation doesn't mean it's a rip off. I mean there's loads of other same themed places, such as the hard rock cafe, but that doesn't mean all other hard rock themed cafe's are rip off's. Business is business and everyone else in the comments seems pretty on-board with the ideas as there's no other gaming cafe/bars that I know of in the UK.
User avatar #36 to #34 - crafty badger (09/21/2012) [-]
O Agreed I think it's great that they are gaining momentum. I just wanted to note that there are in fact others around the world and that it is not a stand alone concept. More to give hope that one day people will have one in their towns... or at least cities.

Many of the drinks they serve can be found on thedrunkenmoogle.com

They're pretty decent too.
