SO im not fat at all im realy skiny and have no muscle so 2 days ago i started trainig with my friend( totaly ripped guy because he is a swimer) anyways he sugested every thing to me all the right waights.... anyhow my arms hurt so ******* much i cant even lift a bottle right now is realy ******* hurts.... and that is not the pain of disciplin.....

its just feeling of when u just start to work out. be consistent, eat right and exercise moderately. you will get used to it.
